Dear Dr. Shareen Greenbaum & The Hollywood Institute Staff,
I just wanted to take this time to thank you and your staff for your kindness and professionalism during my initial visit to your office at the Hollywood Eye Institute up until after my Ptosis eye surgery. When I first looked up your office on the internet I was a bit apprehensive about my initial visit. I saw that there were many wonderful reviews about you and your staff. I decided to give you a try and I am 100% happy I did! Everyone in your office were so warm and welcoming and I was surprised with your attentiveness regarding my situation.

Through testing you gave me a Ptosis diagnosis for my right eye and explained everything I needed to be aware of or expect. I agreed to have you operate on May 5th, 2014 a couple of months after my first visit with you. During the morning of my surgery you seemed calm and sure about your work, so this also put me at ease.

The surgery itself was quick! You went in and did your thing. About 1 hour after the surgery I slowly began to feel like myself again. The first 5 days after my surgery I was a bit uncomfortable, okay a lot uncomfortable lol, but the days followed were a breeze. I did not expect to see results for a few months but my results came 15 days after my surgery. As I type this letter today is day 18 and it does not feel like I even had surgery on my eye. My eye also looks nice and perky.

Again thanks for a job well done! I am a very happy patient and can’t wait to recommend you to my family and friends!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your kindness and courtesy that you extended when you saw me earlier this month. You were the consummate professional. I especially was impressed by your personable demeanor and how you took the time to discuss my acute problem with me. You exhibited an wire of confidence that reassured me that I was in great hands. It is truly refreshing to see that a “new generation” physician can and does give superb patient care!!! Needless to say, my eye was significantly improved with the steroid drops the very next day. I also want to commend you on the friendly and professional atmosphere generated by your staff. Both Brenda and the young lady who screened me were amazing. They truly made me feel “right at home.”

I hope you had great vacation out West with your family. Take some advise from an “old timer;” do that often! It really helps to keep you going and on top of your game.
